The Vintage Vaults structure is custom-built with steel-reinforced construction on all four sides, the floor, and the ceiling. A dedicated team of engineers, security consultants, and award-winning designers developed the vault from the ground up — not to meet a standard, but to exceed it. The result is the most secure vault in the industry, housed within an art deco design that gives no indication of what lies behind it.

The entire Vintage Vaults premises is covered by HD CCTV systems with a live 24/7 link to Dubai Police — not a notification system, a live feed. In parallel, our facility is monitored by SIRA, the Security Industry Regulatory Authority, the UAE's governing body for the private security sector.

Our in-house security team monitors all feeds simultaneously. There is no gap between an incident and a response.

Every moment, preserved indefinitely.

All video footage captured at Vintage Vaults is archived with no deletion policy. This means footage from any time period since the facility opened can be retrieved on demand. For clients, this is not a technicality — it is a commitment that everything that happens at our facility is permanently on record.

No other secure storage provider in the region makes this guarantee publicly.

 Vintage Vaults deploys state-of-the-art night vision cameras, motion sensors, audio sensors, vibration detection, and intrusion detection systems — all linked 24/7 to SIRA. No unauthorized entry is possible at any time, day or night. The system is not reactive. It is anticipatory.

Your box opens only when you are present.

Opening a safe deposit box at Vintage Vaults requires two keys simultaneously: a client key and a master key. No single member of our staff or security team holds both at any time — this applies even before a box is rented. The only way to open your box is with you physically present. Not a policy. A structural impossibility.

From reception to vault to privacy pod, every access point requires independent biometric verification. The system uses facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, and access card authentication in combination — not as alternatives. A single compromised credential does not open any door.

Vintage Vaults works exclusively with Transguard Group and World Security — two of the UAE's leading security providers — selected after a thorough vetting process and full review of our security protocol. Their presence ensures there are no gaps between our systems and the teams that operate them.

Vintage Vaults has received formal authorization from UAE authorities to maintain physical security personnel inside the store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is in addition to Mall of the Emirates' own security infrastructure — one of the most sophisticated in the region. The result is a layered physical presence that has no off-hours.

The Vintage Vaults door and every individual safety deposit box lock carry UL certification — the most rigorous independent security testing standard recognized globally. UL certification is not self-reported. It is earned through independent testing by the industry's most respected authority. Our locks have passed. 

Complete privacy. Every time. 

Within the vault, dedicated privacy pods provide fully enclosed, private rooms for each client visit. Access to these rooms requires an additional biometric authentication step. Once inside, no staff member is present. What you do with your box is entirely your own business — and it will remain so.
