Moving to Dubai

Securing What Matters From Day One

Relocating to a new country means juggling passports, property paperwork and valuables that do not yet have a permanent home. Vintage Vaults gives new residents and expats in Dubai a secure, private place to store what matters most, with rental periods starting at 3 months.

What to Secure First

In the early weeks after a move, the most vulnerable items are often the most important ones: passports not currently in use, original property or lease documents, jewellery not yet insured under a new home policy, and any documents tied to visa processing. A private vault removes the risk of keeping these in a temporary apartment or hotel room while your permanent home is being sorted out.

Support at Every Stage of Settling In

Vintage Vaults requires only a valid passport or Emirates ID to open an account, with no waiting period tied to residency status. Same-day activation and access are available once onboarding and biometric registration are completed. Our multilingual team speaks English, Arabic, Russian, French, Tagalog, Telugu and Hindi, so you can get set up in the language you are most comfortable with. As you settle in, you can choose a longer rental period and register nominees, depending on your membership.
