Box sizes range from XX Small (7.0 x 7.0 x 52 cm) through to XX Large (51.4 x 26 x 52 cm). Membership tiers are Standard and Premium, with different access levels, nominee allowances, and features.
Step 2: Select Bitcoin as Your Payment Method
During the booking and documentation process — Step 2 of Vintage Vaults' three-step onboarding — you will select Bitcoin as your preferred payment method.
The team will provide verified payment details and confirm the amount in BTC based on the prevailing rate at time of transaction. Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed at this stage.
Step 3: Transaction Verification
Once payment is submitted, Vintage Vaults runs a quick verification process to confirm receipt and match the transaction to your account. You will receive confirmation before your access setup proceeds.

Step 4: Access Setup
With payment confirmed, you move to Step 3 of the process: access setup. This includes biometric registration, access card programming, and a vault orientation. From this point, your box is active and accessible during Mall of the Emirates operating hours — and extended hours where applicable.
